Now that you have communicated with your customers via SMS messaging, you have the ability to advertise directly to the customer via SMS messaging in the future. You could provide an option for your customers to sign up to receive text messages about future updates to the product that he or she purchased. The customer could express interest in periodically receiving text messages detailing new products and services that your company offers. SMS subscribers could also be sent coupons or discounts or other exclusive incentives from your business. The possible uses of SMS messages for marketing are without limit.
