It can be a clamor when you have to send files using a computer. There are developed applications that permit you to send big file but there are limitations about the sizes of the attachments. It is time consuming. However, there are techniques on sending them which you may find suitable.

You have the option to use a USB device. This external storage can be plugged into your computer which will contain the datum that you are required to transmit. Tick on the start menu and my computer to arrive on your hard drive icon.

Click on the folder containing your files and transmit them to the folder of your hard drive. Disconnect your external device and plug it to your other computer. Open the second computer's hard drive storage and copy the documents onto your chosen location.

Burning a CD may allow you to transfer datum as well. You should have a recordable blank CD that you can insert to your PC. Download a program for burning the CD. After the procedure, take out the newly recorded device then insert it to the next PC. You can just transfer the files almost immediately. You have to wait for the option that says auto play for you to open your datum or you can just tick on the my computer option.

You may also use the data transfer cable of your USB. This is similar to the typical USB cable but the only difference is it has a bridge in the center with a circuit that will allow transfer of data from one PC to another. This is an alternative if you do not have any external devices.

It will also be an option in case you file is too big and there is not enough space. Some of them may include a CD but most of the operational systems will already recognize the cable. There are no limits to the numbers of data that will be transferred as long as you have ample space on the PC.

You can also use the internet resources. There is an application that will not need you install a software program. Most people find this the easiest among the other methods when they send big file.
