Scheduled on the day following thanksgiving, Black Friday is a day devoted by many on shopping for their needs and wants because many items have big discounts on this day. Many of the stores get very little profit from the discounted items but make more profit overall due to the overwhelming traffic of shoppers on this day. If you want to join the Black Friday experience this year, you must be prepared for a shopping mob inside participating stores. The lines are long and the things you want to buy may be gone from the shelves fast. Here are some of the things that you need to plan in advance before the big day.

The budget is up to you and the things you need to buy. If you are planning to buy all your gifts on that day, you should have a rough estimate of how much you are going to need. To avoid overspending on things you don't really need, assign an amount limit for impulsive purchases and focus the bigger chunk of your money on things you planned to get.
