As we all know, human resource management is a function that helps organizations to meet their business goals by enhancing the productivity and efficiency of all related processes through employee performance. It handles all the activities related to organization workforce including job analysis, recruitment, training and development (T&D), employee relations, and performance monitoring and compensation management to maximize the employee performances.

Different implementation plans and methods should be used for above practices according to the way that a business runs. Here are some ways to execute them correctly in any business firm.

Employment analysis - Job descriptions may vary according to the business strategies and goals. However, any company should have a complete understanding about every job position they need before recruiting candidates. Qualifications and experiences need, methods to evaluate performances and training and development needs are main things to be understood. Learning these things will also help you to explain the duties and responsibilities of each job to its candidates. If a particular firm needs a short-term productivity increase, recruiting experienced people is the ideal option. Then, you can reduce performance evaluation as well as training and development cost.

Recruiting employees - HRM is liable to recruit correct employees for all job positions. They have various methods to find potential candidates. Some popular methods are job banks, vacancy advertisements, job fairs and recruiting agents. Online recruitment is also getting popular among many business firms because there are many opportunities to find talented employees through social networks and online job banks. Business firms in countries like India use these online recruiting methods very often because of the proven benefits they give.

Training and development (T&D) - The main objective of T&D is improving employee skills and use them to improve the business. Training and development can be done in two ways. First one is on-the-job training. The second one is training workshops and training camps. Companies use either internal trainers or external trainers to conduct trainings.

Employee affairs - People will perform well if their working environment is good. Developing a healthy working environment is a duty of human resource management. Proper communication channels, conflict resolution methodologies should be implemented for strong employee relations and happy employees.

Performance monitoring - It is important to monitor employee performances to check whether they work for organization goals. Appropriate compensation process should be implemented to motivate people to work effectively. Performance monitoring can be done through various methodologies like Ranking Method, Forced Distribution method, the checklist method and critical Incident technique.

Compensation management - Human resource management should provide monetary and non-monetary benefits to employees. It helps to motivate employees to achieve business goals. If the organization has an innovative business strategy, it should pay more than an organization which has cost control objectives.
